This is a new currency counter in the box. It looks like it may have been removed from the box but not used. The power cord had some white paint-looking stuff on it and it was no longer in the original bag. We plugged it in, and it works like it is supposed to work. Note: This unit counts the number of bills, not the value of the bills. It can count 1,200 bills per minute. It has 3 LED displays. The auto start/stop feature works nicely. you can both batch and count bills. It comes with instructions.
