Item description

Close to 4" tall, NOS patch that looks pretty good but also looks to be weird construction, might be a closely; trimmed cut-edge patch but clearly not very old. Some poor soul in a third world country might be using old equipment, but it is kind of hard to see for certain. Either way the patch looks good.
