Four or five pages have a red check mark in the margin. There are two places stamped Bureau Venereal Disease Bismarck, North Dakota. Attached in the front of the book is a Reprint from Quarterly Bulletin Louisiana State Board of Health June 1922. The cover shows wear at the corners and spine ends and the upper right corner is lightly stained from water. Acceptable. Hardcover.
