The fabric is rated to -40 degrees fahrenheit and they can take the heat as well without fading. We make these tarps right here in the Pacific Northwest. We know about harsh seasonal conditions. Edges are reinforced with 2" Polypropylene webbing with #4 1/2" spur grommets placed every 16" inches. Many of these tarps are also used widely in the marine industry for a variety of purposes.
