192 page mass market paperback titled THE COSMIC FORCES OF MU by James Churchward/ Paperback Library # 54-678, First printing, May 1968/ Cosmic Forces of Mu by Colonel James Churchward, published in 1934. Part of the controversial writings of James Churchward, an endorser of a theory of an immense continent which once covered nearly one-half of the Pacific Ocean called Mu. He claimed this vast continent and culture was the center of civilization some 25,000 years ago and dates back 200,000 years. Churchward?s extensive search for the lost continent took him from the vaults of the Indian temple to the four corners of the world. This book seeks to show some of the scientific concepts behind the missing continent to prove the theories of its existence. The book is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some soiling, scuffing and wear to the front and back of the cover. The insides of the covers are browned and there is a used bookstore stamp on the inside of the front cover. The inside pages are tanned. This is a readable copy with some moderate wear. (see pictures)
