They appear to have been lightly worn as evidenced by the slight soil on the soles. Uppers show little if any evidence of use. Soles show little if any wear though there appear to be some light marks. Although the shoes don't have the original Tieks dust bag, they will come with a generic canvas dust bag. (See pictures.)
