It cuts 3/8" or 1/2" thick slices. You also can skip a slot and double the thickness. IT’S FULLY AUTOMATIC spring loaded, solid locking design is quick to open with absolutely no assembly required; and it folds up just as quickly to an incredibly small height of just 1 1/2 inches!
