UrgoTul Dressing UrgoTul Dressings are ideal for non to low exuding wounds such as dermabrasions, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds and skin tears and can also be combined with an absorbent dressing for heavily exuding wounds. They should be secured with an adhesive film dressing/tape or retention bandage (K-Band or K-Lite). UrgoTul Dressings are a non adherent, non-occlusive flexible contact layer derived from Technology Lipido-Colloid (TLC Technology) and are composed of a flexible polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid and petroleum jelly particles. Pain-free dressing changes. Well-tolerated. Moist wound-healing. Increased stimulation of fibroblast proliferation by 45%. Improvement of surrounding skin. Clinically proven. Greater conformability.
