Vintage OES P-171 Hand Painted 8" Wall Plate. Has lace pattern around outside of plate trimmed in gold. Colors are still pretty bright but does have some places that are a little rubbed off. Does not detract from the beauty of the plate. This was probably made in Japan but is not marked other than (Hand Painted, OES, and P-171). Any questions, please email me.
