This is a really interesting art glass item. Not exactly sure what it is and acquired it from a very avid owl figurine collector. Actually, looks like a large owl eye, kinda, in which the center is big and wide round, while the outer half inch or so is darker. Maybe could be a Lense of some sort, really not sure! It is round straight on, yet convex on both sides, coming together in the middle with a thin 1/8" ground smooth edge all the way around. This could be a paperweight, as it weighs 13.5ozs alone, however, it does not have a flat surface to lay flat on, or lay securely. There are some small knicks on the ground thin edge around the item, of which I tried to take photos of. If you know anything about this item, please educate me, as I am clueless and can't find anything close. I take pride in my pictures and are a valuable extension of my description.
