It has marks, paint chips, scrapes, scratches, dirt, etc. May or may not be missing a few parts. One small screw came out or broke off; not sure where it goes (included). It is missing some of the four-head pieces and ones that is present is partly broken. So glad you’re interested in this ortho-rater! Often reuse shipping supplies.
