These are a pair of beautiful sparkly Vintage Long Dangle Multi Strand Beaded Earrings, which were an item from my Grandmother's Estate. They are made up of 3 different type beads. The tops are made of small silver seed beads outlined in the black seed beads. The dangling strands are made up of large iridescent opaque round beads with long silver tube type beads with small black seed bead spacers in between the round beads and the tube beads, ending on the ends capped off with the small black seed beads. They are sewn or stitched together also at the top part. They are pierced earrings with silver hook type posts or hangers. These are a gorgeous pair of earrings that are just sparkly and glittery due to the silver and the iridescent beads next to the black and are quality made. The drop on these earrings is 3-1/4" from the bottom of the hook, where the beads attach to the hook. They do not actually touch the shoulder, but come close to it when worn. These are a great example of the Hippie type style, but also is very fashionable and classy. There are 11 strands on each earring, and are of graduated lengths, starting with the shorter on the outside and getting longer till they come to a long point in the middle strand. Truly lovely, and are appropriate to wear any time. Wear them to work, or to a party or great Christmas or New Years jewelry. Give them as a gift for someone special or a special occasion.
