Vintage Fortecrisa Amethyst Plum / Purple glass dinnerware. Includes 4 bowls and 4 plates. These dishes were manufactured by Fortecrisa, a well-known Mexican glass manufacturer that specialized in producing affordable and durable glassware. The amethyst sets were commonly found in households during the 1980s and 1990s. The distinctive deep amethyst purple color is achieved by incorporating manganese or selenium during the glass production process and features a ribbed texture or patterns like the prominent "Sunflower" design.
