Great condition hand painted vintage lamp. Hard to date but I would say maybe 1960 plus or minus not too many years. Socket in fine working order, cord appears original and also appears safe to me. From the bottom of the base to the top of the socket it is about nine inches; the main body about six inches in diameter. Very pretty and would fit in with much various decor but best suited for the very traditional. But it is for anyone that likes it. The roses have a tinge of purple to them. The quality is outstanding, a great investment.
