This is different and unique find. It appears that it could be an ice bucket with matching dimpled glass lid. It has no makers mark on the base. It was most likely made by Hazel Atlas in the Capri Dots pattern. It stands 5 inches to the top of the jar, 7 1/2 inches to the top of the lid. The opening to the bowl is 5 inches across, and tapers to about 2 1/2 inches at the base. It could definitely be used as golf ball jar! (The dimples in the glass appear to resemble a golf ball) Excellent condition, no chips, no burrs, no rough edges and no cracks. Clear as clear can be: no cloudiness or smokiness in the glass.
