One of the buttons has the pearlescent paint chipping off of it, and there is one less loop than buttons, but it?s easy to adjust and leave the center button unlooped without affecting wear. The fabric is a lightweight and sheer voile, but without a fabric content tag, I don?t know what the blend is. The collar and some of the trim is satin. It would require a cami or gives you an opportunity to show off your best bra. Lol. Laying flat measures approximately 18.5 inches armpit to armpit and 21 shoulder to hem.
