This is a sharpener by General Electric. It sharpens pencils, knives scissors. It has been tested. It works perfectly!! It includes a small "Use and Care" instruction booklet. Please see the pictures for details on its appearance. Aesthetically, it does have some scratches and markings on it, including tape residue. But again, it works perfectly!!
