This vintage bell features a clown posing and leaning on his umbrella on the top. The bell is in good overall condition with signs of age and display. It does have spots on the outside as shown and really needs a good cleanup to bring back to natural beauty. It also has a paper clip inside holding the weight. I have shown pictures of all of this.
