Item description

A cute little puzzle pig keychain that I think comes from Hong Kong in the early 1960's. There is no country but it says "Empire Made" which could be the British Empire or more likely a company of that name which you would be more likely to find in a Crown Colony than post-war Japan. It has the original package and I think the plastic just got weak over time and split and piggie tumbled out. What looks like a dirt smudge on his cheek is what I think is a tiny speck of glue from the manufacturing process. There are folded directions still included which I did not attempt to remove. The top folding tag has some light moisture staining. NOS "New, Old Stock" from the basement of a long time import and gift shop that closed. Unique and a lot of fun and convenient to take anywhere. Or save it in your collection because such things are not found often.
