Item description

No great clue to the age. Address is Louisville which makes me think it might predate the HQ built outside Richmond and opened in 1959, also it has no zip code and has a fifties look to it. A little over 3" by about 8 3/4" looking slightly used. Interesting and eye-catching industrial history collector's item. Could as well be used for the original purpose today except I expect it is done now on phone apps.
