It's a classic Mexican blouse with beautiful floral hand embroidery. The top is navy blue and the embroidery is multicolor. It is peasant style with a square neckline, slightly puffy sleeves. I believe it to be a cotton blend. The top measures 23" length, 39" bust, 44" hemline, 3" side slits. This is in excellent condition and so pretty.
