Set of 24 napkin rings, real silver striped. Pheno-Pheno Creations out of Germany, similar to Bakelite. Beautiful art nouveau, art deco, hollywood regency, post-war style. Possible antique. Condition very good vintage, some minor scratches/chips on silver commensurate with age. 4 sets of 6 with original boxes, see photos. The sets do not all have the same colors.
