What a gorgeous find! The deep red of this velvet is just so rich and royal. Mod with Simple lines but with pops from the rhinestone dome buttons and full bell lace cuffs. Dress is by SIRO. I don't see a materials tag so I'm not sure what the velvet is made from; silk? cotton? If this was in black I'd say its a Wednesday Adams dress, but add the bold red color and you get a twist on that. Labeled petite.
