Item description

WSFA - 1940 - 2000 60 and Still Rockin lapel pin That is what it says on the front of this pin. Now, I typed WSFA into the search engine and came up with two matches. First match, the obvious WSFA with all capital letters, is a Television station in Alabama. This station came on the air in 1954. The other match, with wsfa in small letters, is the Washington Science Fiction Association. However, it's website says the association was founded in 1947. So I do not know from where the pin originates, but I do know it is celebrating 60 years of doing something. Engraved on the backside of the pin is the name of the pin's maker -- "Milestone Products", and their telephone number.
