The sleeves measure 21" from shoulder seam to end of sleeve (my own humble measurements). This fabulous jacket is made of 80% cotton, 19% polyester, and 1% spandex (body), and 39% acrylic, 25% polyester, 24% cotton, 11% wool, and 1% spandex (sleeves). It is labeled machine washable.
