These plants will grow in any weather unless it's below 32. and then, if you have a lot of them, the ones in the middle can live. If it gets cold, put them in a 5 gallon bucket and move them inside at night. if it will stay cold, put them in a fish tank (with light), or put a light on them in the 5 gallon bucket. If you dont want to bring them in at night, you can put them in a 5 gallon bucket, and put a lid on them at night. Don't forget them. Planting: Put the water hyacinth plants in your pond as soon as you get them. they thrive in full sun, they will grow fast and make babies right away. Just put them in the water, you don't plant these in soil or gravel, they just float on the surface of the water. If you have fish, you will not need fertilizer .
