Due to health concerns, sanitary reasons and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept used and opened products. If the item or items you received are defective, please notify us within 14 days if defective. We will send you a brand new replacement and provide a return shipping label for the defective unit.. Returns that are unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects are accepted but MUST be mailed back in its ORIGINAL (FACTORY) PACKAGING. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and unused. We will be responsible for the shipping on the replacement.
