However the delivery times can vary due to certain factors such as strict Custom regulations, the country you reside in, natural disasters, shipping courier issues and so on. Shipping From Locations As we have our own workshops located in different parts of the world (United States, China, Australia, Europe etc), we always endeavour to ship from a location that is going to be close to your area / country and choose the best available shipping courier that uses a quicker delivery method. We are also partnered with some of the best companies to bring a wider range of quality products to you. Therefore, the item(s) listed on this page is usually shipped from our main workshop located in the United States. We may also be able to ship your item(s) from one of our other workshops if you're delivery address is residing in the same country, as long as there is stock available. Production Handling Times Please allow anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for Handling time for your item(s) to be shipped out unless specified otherwise. We usually ship all items on the next following day or within 2 business days; however this also depends on stock availability, busy periods and waiting for payments to clear. Returns Please contact us within 7-days of receiving your item for any issues you may have to check if a return / exchange / refund is available. If a return has been accepted by us, the item you're returning must be new and unworn with tags attached, free from any markings / stains and damage. Any shipping costs that may have been paid upon initial purchase is non-refundable unless an error has been clearly identified and caused on our part. Please also note as we have our own workshops in different locations, our partner suppliers have their own as well. Therefore if the item you're returning is linked to one of our supplier / partner products, we will provide you with their return address but we will still be responsible in handling the process.
