This is the Vintage Hand Crafted Handled Chowder Bowl from Winfield Ware and mfg in Santa Monica, California. It has a two tone color with a shade of teal on the inside and a shade of plum or burgundy on the outside of bowl. It measures approx 6 1/2" x 5" at opening and approx 1 3/4" tall to rim and approx 4 1/2" tall to top of handle.
