Cut the pork neck into 4 thin slices (approx. 100 g each), cut the peeled raw potatoes into 4 pieces, cut the carrots into slices. 2. Preheat the oven to 200C. Do not use the grill function. Put all the ingredients in the bag from the top of the package and add the spices from the bottom of the package. Close the bag with the attached clasp 6-8 cm from the top of the bag. 3. Gently turn the bag to evenly distribute the seasoning over the ingredients. 4. Place the bag in an ovenproof dish, do not cover. Place in a preheated oven and bake on the lower setting for 60 minutes. 5. After removing from the oven, cut off the end of the bag with the clasp.
