It is in very good condition with only some light wear at the corners and edges, and some hand written comments on the cover and on some of the pages, and some light stains and yellowing on the cover as well. The staple binding is good, and all 20 pages are intact and in good condition. This is a very nice booklet with an interesting look at some examples of sand painting, and what they mean, and why and when they would be painted.
