Items are eligible for shipment to lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all US Protectorates which use the US Postal Service. Items are eligible for shipment internationally to those countries listed in the shipping drop down menu. Generally, items returned will be for an replacement. Damaged or imperfect items which are returned are eligible for a replacement as long as the item is in stock. Otherwise a refund will be given. Return S/H charges are borne by the buyer except when return is due to seller's error. Items must be unopened in the original plastic wrap/factory sealed box. Returns which are lost or damaged in transit will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
