PEASANT XHILARATION ROMPER This sale is for the adorable romper pictured below. It's ruffly down the front of the bust and the sleeve cuffs, and very stylish with an eyelet center at the bust that has a criss-cross tie. The waist is elasticized, and the bottoms are flowy shorts. The sleeves are full and bell shaped. The pattern is paisley on a dark purple background, and may be darker than the pictures show. The romper is entirely lined, except for the sleeves, with a semi-sheer outer layer. The size is a small with measurements of 34-35" bust, 27-29" in the waist, and a max of 38" in the hips. The length is about 32". It is brand-new without tags, and made by Xhilaration. It is marked a second, with a line down the label, but I can't find anything wrong with it.
