This is a battery cover door for a Yamaha portable keyboard. It will fit perfectly over the battery compartment of several models that accept "C" size batteries. THIS IS THE LARGER TYPE, that covers all 6 batteries (2 rows of 3). The PSS-270, PSS-450 and MK-100 are 3 models that I know for sure use this type of battery compartment (I'm 100% positive of this), but there may be others. This part is in overall very good condition, not warped or cracked, and it has it's latches intact. Even the "sponge" type pad inside is intact and not broken or darkened with age as often happens with these. There is a big of staining on the inside of the part from prior battery leakage. The measurements are 6 7/8" inches long, 2 5/8" inches wide (not including the tabs) and there is approx. 2 3/4 inches between the latches. It was made in the 1980's, in Japan! This will complete your keyboard, and keep your batteries inside with no need for tape. This one is black in color, and only has very little wear. So replace your lost or broken cover with this one!
