This indicates that the cream is working, and these sensations should gradually decrease over the first few days and weeks (up to 4 weeks) of treatment. - Note that if you apply the cream less frequently than recommended (3-4 times daily), you may feel more intense heat or burning. - High ambient temperatures, humidity, tight clothing, or bathing in hot water can increase this sensation.
