I am a fiber artist, creating unique collages from (mostly) commercial fabrics. My art pieces are seldom square or rectangular, most often irregular shapes that will stand out and call for a closer look. They are often enhanced with beads, yarn or Angelina(r) fiber, ideal decor for home or office for a one-of-a-kind touch.
For the most part, the artwork is mounted on foam core, with a felt backing and wire for hanging. It is treated with a sun-block spray, although prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may eventually cause fading.
I also love to knit and crochet. All of the hats, scarves and mittens here are my own design, and I will be happy to create a custom hat or mittens in your choice of colors.
