Bonanza shipping options from outside us

Bonanza is totally disregarding sellers from outside US. Everything is about shipping in US and from US. The closest to specifying shipping from outside US is "economy" shipping, which 1-10 days. But this is NOT true. NO 1 day and no 10 days! ...

Is anyone signed up to the 19% advertising level?

If so has it made any difference in views and sales? I personally have not seen any change what so ever. Just wondering how others are doing. Hope more sellers chime in about the advertising levels or packages.
