Why when i import from ebay it doesn't change on bonanza ?

When I sync with eBay my photos do not up-date. Bonanza does not remove the old photos and add the new ones to my ads?Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Product colors wont delete

Transaction fees report

Is there a comprehensive report available somewhere that would show all fees paid for the year 2015- trying not to have to do each month manually to generate a spreadsheet that would show them all for tax records- Thanks!

Can´t add more colors when i add an item.

Before it was a choice of "many colors" when i did add a item. So i could add different colours. But now its gone. Now i can just add one colour. Does anyone else have the same problem? How do i fix it?

Booth google feed disabled

My feed was disabled due to having an expired card on file (I believe) I added a new card, it accepted it, but my booth has not yet been activated back to active. How long does it usually take?

How do you give a flat rate shipping a discount when multiple items are purchased?

Does anyone else have problems with ebay imports? all mine with a 1st class shipping charge now show "free shipping" on bonanza.
