Membership invoice monhtly

Do you get the bill/ invoice on email for the membership? Or the approval that the membership has been payed? Where can I see that because I do not receive anything on the email and it is important for the bookkeeping! Thank you!

Can i hand deliver rather than ship?

If I get an order from someone that is 5 minutes from my house, can I just drive it over to them rather than mail it? If I can, how do I fill out the mark as shipped section which asks for a tracking number? Thanks for your help.
