Item description
"NOS" or New Old Surplus patch meaning it was never used but it will look old. About 3 1/2" tall, embroidered with medium blue thread on a white twill background. Not a very common patch, as you know Germany did not have a lot happening on the high seas , they did though have a lot of rivers to guard while they used them for transport.
