#MEIAZKA Nemesia is a genus of annuals, perennials , and sub-shrubs that are native to sandy coasts or disturbed ground in South Africa. Numerous hybrids have been selected, and the annual cultivars are popular with gardeners as bedding plants. In temperate regions, they are usually treated as half-hardy, grown from seed in heat, and planted out after all danger of frost has passed. The flowers are two-lipped, with the upper lip consisting of four lobes and the lower lip of two lobes. Its unique bloom shape sets it apart from everything else you grow. Nemesia performs well as outdoor garden plants and is loaded with multi-colored blooms . With a flowering season lasting for months, these short-lived plants (mainly annuals and perennials) are invaluable for bedding but are probably best in containers and baskets, crammed in with other seasonal plants such as osteospermums and diascias for a summer-long display. *For the best flowering, grow in full sun, well-drained soil.
