If applying after bathing, wait until the skin is almost dry, as this helps to trap moisture. To start using the pump dispenser, first wash your hands. Then break the tamper-evident seal; turn the pump clockwise and press down on the nozzle several times until cream is pumped into your hand. Apply the cream freely, but gently, to affected areas, taking care to apply in the same direction as hair growth. Try to avoid rubbing as this may cause extra itching or irritation, and may inflame the hair follicles. A thin layer of cream should be visible on the skin; leave this to dry over the course of the next 10 minutes. Top Tip: Apply AproDerm Emollient Cream at least three times per day at first. Continue to apply it after you have noticed improvements in your skin, as this will help protect it from future problems.
