Had to update credit card (not sure why) now booth giving error

Why was i charged $50 after i contacted customer service?!?

I not sure if I'm missing something in bonanza's policies. But I contacted them yesterday by email to resolve an issue, and this morning I see that I was charged $50 and nothing was fix. Can someone explain to me how this happen?!?
