Items without upc being seen in google search

I got a message from Bonanza saying one of my items was at risk of not being seen in Google because UPC was missing. There was a hole on one of the numbers, so I couldn't read it. Item was listed new with tags. What if I listed it new without tags...

Cancelling a sale

So I had to cancel a sale tonight. I refunded through PayPal and sent Bonanza a screen shot for the reversal fees. But the item still shows as "unshipped". How do I make that go away...I don't want it to affect my shipping status.

Having to click the "Details" link to get item specifics is ridiculous. Why make the customer do extra work to see the details of what they want to buy. It didn't use to be that way. I want to open a listing and see Size, Color, Brand, etc...
