Why do my boot stats views differ from listing views?

My booth stats say I got 12 views since March the 16 when I started listing. Yet when I go in to my listing it will say something like 20 recent views. Why the discrepancy on the views?

Where is the notification sound when someone is using live chat?

Why is only the first webstore item photo showing up to buyers?? clicking on the additional photos does not work-- only a progress bar shows up but photos never load.
