Item description
This is a vintage original 8x10 in. US single-weight glossy copy photograph (not a vintage original photo printed at the time it was taken) from the classic teens silent film comedy/drama, M'LISS, released in 1918 by Paramount Pictures and directed by Marshall Neilan. Mary Pickford stars as M'liss, a feisty young girl in a mining camp, who falls for Charles Gray (Thomas Meighan), the school teacher. Charles is implicated in a murder of which he is innocent, and the two must fight to save him from a lynching.
The image features an interior shot of Melissa "M'Liss" Smith (Mary Pickford) inside the cabin home of her teacher, Charles Gray (Thomas Meighan), as she looks at various items that belong to the man she is in love with. It is in very fine condition without any pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws.
