Growing Conditions
Planting Time: Roquette arugula seeds can be sown from early spring to late fall. They are frost-hardy and can tolerate cool temperatures

Days to Maturity: Baby greens can be harvested in as little as 20-40 days after planting, depending on the desired leaf size

Soil Requirements: Arugula prefers well-drained soil with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0. It thrives in full sun to partial shade

Spacing: Sow seeds about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep and space them 1-2 inches apart. Thin the seedlings to 6-12 inches apart once they start to grow
