Golden Celery Seeds are available in a self-blanching variety. These seeds produce celery with a mild, sweet flavor and no strings, making them ideal for eating raw or adding to dishes. The variety is stocky, resistant, and can grow up to 30 inches tall To plant golden celery seeds, follow these steps Start Indoors: Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in seed-starting mix. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 70-75F (21-24C). Timing: Start celery seeds indoors 10?12 weeks before the last expected frost date. Spacing: Sow celery seed OE to oe inch deep, 6 to 10 inches (15-25cm) apart; space rows 24 inches (61cm) apart.
